Emilee always wanted to be a princess. In a stunning gown and sparkly blue shoes, with a tiny crown in her hair, she married her knight in shining armour, Landin. A larger-than-life storybook backdrop, oversize paper flowers, shades of pink and gold, and sparkle and glitter everywhere you look added up to fairytale wedding perfection!
Some advice from Emilee for brides-to-be:
We decided to have an evening wedding, because we had a ton of people coming from far distances, and because it was in November. We did a “first look” early in the afternoon, which gave us time to spend the entire day with the wedding party, have some drinks and relax. We played pool and spent the day with everyone, and this made me feel so comfortable when I was walking down the aisle. The day was so magical and beautiful, of course I wish I could do it again. The one thing I regret is not hiring a videographer. I wish that I had at least one thing on video, just so I could relive it again.
Relax! Get a good night’s sleep the night before. The day goes by so fast, so you can’t let the little things or anything that goes wrong stress you out. It’s one day and it goes by in the blink of an eye.
